Welcome to Carlos’ Kitchen!

My name is Carlos de los Mozos and I am the Executive Chef of Crowne Plaza Dubai, overlooking our 13 award winning restaurants and bars. I worked in many different restaurants around the world like Spain, Morocco and Peru, where I learned about the different techniques and types of original cooking.

I am a real food passionate and would like to give you a little glimpse in the daily life of a chef as well as some helpful tips to improve your own cooking experience. In my section Carlo’s blog you will find some little stories related to my work. If you have questions on how to prepare a certain dish or need some tips feel free to contact me, I am happy to give you my advice.

For those that are interested in cooking themselves or want to experience the atmosphere of a hotel kitchen we will launch a new concept called “dining with the chef” During these sessions I will introduce you to different cuisines, cooking styles and exotic foods in a casual and entertaining ambiance. Check out the dates and themes of cuisines. If you are not a food passionate yourself, make a nice gift to your friends and loved ones.
